Cruelty-Free
As a company that aims to help create a better planet, one of the causes we strongly support is the humane treatment of animals.
For us, this starts with ensuring that all of our products boast a cruelty-free label, and have NEVER been tested on animals!
Ammonia Free
Ammonia, much like bleach, was once a very common ingredient in household cleaners. However, once again similar to bleach, ammonia can cause harm not only to us humans, and our pets, but also to the environment. Leftover ammonia washed down drains can be incredibly toxic to marine life, and while it is in your home it can be damaging to the health of your household.
Biodegradable
There are several single-use products needed to avoid cross-contamination between cleans. However, to us, this is no excuse to use single-use plastics. Instead, we found trash bags, gloves & other single-use products made from corn starch and other plant renewable resources.
Bleach Free
Sustainable
We won’t use any products in your home that we wouldn't use in ours! We believe bleach, if in the home at all, should stay in the laundry room avidly waiting to keep your whites sparkling. For many reasons, we chose bleach-free, non-toxic, plant-based products instead.
Five of our seven cleaning products are refillable, reducing our plastic waste footprint. The average household, let alone the average business, throws away 30 single-use bottles of cleaning products every year. With our glass bottle and pod-refill system, we will be generating 80% less waste annually.
Paraben, Phthalate & Phosphate Free
As a couple, we prioritize only using products that are made with few-to-little "safe" ingredients. That means ensuring there aren't health-concerning ingredients or difficult-to-understand components. We consciously selected paraben, phthalate, and phosphate-free products and are proud to share our mindful products with you.
SLS Free
Sodium Lauryl Sulfate is great at erasing oily matter and can be derived from plant-based materials. So what's the issue?
Even when many of the companies producing products containing SLS choose plant-derived sourcing, they source their main ingredients in a way that can be described as unsustainable and environmentally reckless. In order to ensure we do not play a part in unethical sourcing, we have avoided products containing SLS entirely!
Plant Derived
As a company, we prefer to steer clear of synthetic, toxic materials. While that has proven to be a bit difficult in a society dependent on man-made materials, we have done everything in our power to prove it can be attainable now, and certainly in our future! With that being said, our products are made primarily from botanical-based ingredients and naturally scented oils that are ethically sourced.
