What You Can Do To Prepare For Your Clean
Although we will always be excited to see your pets, they don't always feel the same way initially! We completely understand where they're coming from, and look forward to gaining their trust. In the meantime, we hope to avoid causing them any stress.
If your furry friend isn't typically a fan of strangers, or you plan on not being present during your clean, please make sure they are secure before we arrive, thank you!
Please inform us if there are any damaged fixtures/furniture in any of the rooms we will be cleaning, or if water, electricity, etc. are not available. As always, the better prepared we are, the more you can enjoy your day without any check-ins or stress!
Please make sure driveways, pathways, and garages (if applicable) are free of obstructions (inc. snow) that could interfere with us getting inside to clean. Thank you, we appreciate it greatly!
Please notify us if we need to be aware of any other services (electricians, plumbers, painters, etc.) present at the home during our scheduled clean time. We don't want to allow anyone who shouldn't be there, into your home. Plus, the better informed we are, the more help we can provide you with!
Please make sure that any excess clutter, kids' toys/structures, and dishes that occupy the rooms we plan to clean are tidied up. We want to be sure we provide you with the best clean we can, all while avoiding an intrusion of your personal spaces or belongings when possible!
Have any cleaning products you live by? No worries! Please place any specialty products you would like us to use out on the dining room table or on a counter. As long as you give us the rundown once, and the labels can be easily read, we'll take care of the rest.
